Cheers to Luke Kazmierski from Noblesville, Indiana!. Luke says he has been paddleboarding for over a decade and spends most of his excursions on Morse Reservoir which is only a quarter mile from his home. He enjoys being out on the water and experiencing the local wildlife including osprey, bald eagles and white pelicans (yes you read that correctly, white pelicans migrate through Indiana and Morse is one of their stops along the way).

Lukes biggest paddleboarding topic of discussion with family, friends, co-workers and sometimes total strangers is the number of consecutive months he has been out on the water at least once given the sometimes harsh conditions one can encounter in Indiana especially during the winter months. Highlights of his adventures from this year include his 100th consecutive month, seeing a total solar eclipse from his board and taking his dog, Marlee, out with him for the first time.

Luke says, "I look forward to receiving my Session Magazine each season and reading stories about the many water disciplines, but my favorite is seeing the amazing pictures that help me escape to new places. Session Magazine has fueled a desire in me to try something new on the water. I have surfed, but don’t call myself a surfer (yet) and wind foiling looks like it would be a blast. Hopefully, I will have the opportunity to explore a new water skill in 2025. Thank you for bringing a variety of water topics to me in print!"
